Refund and return policy

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you enjoy it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund of the product price. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging such as gift pouches included. If items are damaged, used or incomplete, you will only be able to receive a partial refund.

Return Process

To refund an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and in original condition. Please ensure to include any gift pouches that came with the product to be able to receive a full refund for the product. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


The following items cannot be returned:
– Custom Illustrations or products
– Donations

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note that custom products are excluded from European consumer laws and therefore cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
