The delivery charges for your Gremlin Bells depend on what country you are based in. Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page.
All payment options available in our webshop are provided through Mollie payments. This ensures safe payment methods for all our customers.
If you do happen to run into any troubles, please send us a message and we’ll do our best to fix it for you.
Delivery depends on your country of origin. We ship our orders 6 days a week from The Netherlands with PostNL. You can find more information on their shipping times to your country on PostNL.nl’s website.
If your order is placed before 4PM, it will ship out the same day. Deliveries within The Netherlands and Belgium usually take 1-2 working days with PostNL.
Our webshop is compliant with European GDPR laws. We do not sell your information to third parties or use it for anything other than creating a shipping label and Google services such as ads and analytics.
When you place an order we will pack it and send it out with our next batch of packages. We usually send out our packages before 4PM Monday through Friday and 12PM on Saturdays.
Custom illustrations and artwork can take up to 14 days to complete and will be sent to you through Weretransfer as soon as they are completed.
Our platform automatically generates your invoice and send it to your e-mail as soon as your payment is processed.
